Admission process

1. FOR PRE-NRY, NURSERY & K.G

The School needs the date of  birth of student as per Birth Certificate issued under RBD Act 1969, according to the direction of the registrar general of India (population), Ministry Of Home Affairs. Government of India, and should be produced at the time of admission. No Affidavit is required, if it is found that a false birth certificate has been produced to obtain admission, the candidate will be barred from studying from in his institution, Date of birth once registered cannot be altered, Date of Birth certificate  (in Orignal) must be submitted at the time of admission.

2. FOR CLASSES 1 TO 12

  1. Pupils applying for new-admission are as a rule, subject to an enterance examination to be held at the beginning of every academic year. New admission to classes KG TO 12TH depends upon the students performance in the admission test, report card issued by previous school and availability of seats.
  2. Admission will be granted only after submitting a transfer certificate from the previous school affiliated to a recognised Board showing date of birth, class in which the student was studying (in the previous Session) and the class for which promotion is given to him for current session.

Exclusive Activities Performed in our School

  • YOGA – Yoga is a group of physical mental and spiritual activities. It is an effective way to help students develop self esteem mind-body awareness and physical fitness.
  • FRUIT & SALAD MAKING COMPETITION – School conducted FRUIT SALAD COMPETITION to knowing the importance of including salad in our regular diet for maintaining good health and keeps diseases at bay. The main focus of the competition was not only the preparation of salads but also upon their artist presentation.
  • POSTER MAKING COMPETITION – Posters can motivate students to learn a specific topic. POSTER  MAKING COMPETITION enhances their skills and creativity. school conducted POSTER MAKING COMPETITION on Earth day, Drug addiction, Traffic rules, Independence day and voter awareness.
  • TABLE MANNERS ETIQUETTE – Table manners are very important for every student because they ensure that both guest and host are Comfortable. Good table manners among students are an important part of every meal as when we teach student good table manners, we are giving them important toolsn for social interaction that will serve them for the for the rest of their lives.  
  • QUIZ COMPETITION –  School also organize QUIZ COMPETITION on different topic such as Science, Math, General Knowledge to enhance their knowledge and skills. 

MATHS LAB

A maths laboratory is a place where one can find a collection of games, puzzles and other teaching and learning materials. The materials are meant to be used both by the students on their own and with their teachers to explore the world of Mathematics, to discover, to learn and to develop an interest in mathematics. In this lab, Math teacher can demonstrate alot of concept through various interactive physical tools.

BIOLOGY LAB

The main objective of laboratory work in science education is to provide students with conceptual and theoretical knowledge to help them learn scientific concepts and through scientific methods, to understand the nature of science. In school they provide latest and high quality science lab supplies and equipment for first hand experience by performing various experiments on their ownfor better cognition of science topics.

PHYSICS LAB

Physics laboratory helps a student in improvising their approach towards the subject. Experiments carried out in the physics laboratory helps students in learning how to be patient and careful while taking hitherto calculating inference. our state of art, physics laboratory is equipped with modern equipments to help the students learn the concepts of physics with experiments it is designed to give practice of taking measurements, analyzing data and drawing inference which students experiment. The lab is quite spacious and very well ventilated to ensure proper availability of light in it.

CHEMISTRY LAB

Chemistry is the scientific discipline involved with elements and compounds composed of atoms, molecules and ions: their composition, structure, properties, behavior and the changes they undergo during a reaction with other substances.In the scope of its subject, chemistry occupies an intermediate position between physics and biology.It is sometimes called the central science because it provides a foundation for understanding both basic and applied scientific disciplines at a fundamental level.For example, chemistry explains aspects of plant chemistry (botany), the formation of igneous rocks (geology), how atmospheric ozone is formed and how environmental pollutants are degraded (ecology), the properties of the soil on the moon (astrophysics)

COMPUTER/IT LAB

In the modern era computers has become an integral part of human life techniques of using there computers are of almost importance center of computer education in the school to keep pace with the fast changing it scenario . There one computer laboratory with advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software to later to the requirements of the students , teachers and the curriculum. They are exclusive and equipped with computers and accessories in tune with the latest technologies where computer education is provided to all the students

SOCIAL SCIENCE LAB

Environment plays a great role in imparting education. the atmosphere of social studies laboratory will help the students on the subject more. so the special room will affect the child psychologically and inspire him/her to study the subject more attentively. In our school we have models, samples sketches, maps, globes and several pictures related to the history, geography and civics topics. Moreover the laboratory is very ventilated and well lightened.

LANGUAGE CONVERSATION LAB

Language is nothing but systematic means of communication by the views if words, symbols and sounds in globalized world learning ENGLISH LANGUAGE has been a very important factor. The language laboratory is very useful for assessing students speech. It provides student with the technical tool to get the best samples of pronunciation of the language. In our school, tje electronic devices used in the laboratory will stimulate the eyes and ears of the learner to acquire the language quickly and easily.

MULTIMEDIA HALL

In our school there are three multimedia room/halls. A ventilated hall with a adequate sitting capacity and having the facilities for audio video presentation and interactive smart class with the aid projector, smart board provides a comfortable learning environment. Lessons taught to the students are presented to them here. So that the children may get up the more and better practical approach to them.

SHANTI VIDYA MANDIR SCHOOL has a full fledged well endowed library with spacious reference and reading area to aid students in their pursuit of their knowledge. It has a collection of wonderful and exciting books suited to their needs and taste of growing children. The total number of books for library is a whooping___with number increasing with each passing year. but the library has sections arranging from the text books, reference, books, fiction, general knowlegde , books on mythogoly, music, art and craft, sports, cookery, computers, biographics, incycalypedia etc.the libraries also consistes of magzines and generals.
